Tiger Truck Stop Cruelty
My friend has brought this issue to my attention, this is from her journal about it:

I have recently been informed about a truck stop in Grosse Tete, Louisiana.
The place is called the "Tiger Truck Stop". The owner of said stop has been keeping a living tiger out front on display.
Tony is a 9 year old Siberian/Bengal mix. He turns 10 in July. Tony has been living in a small enclosure made of iron bars and a concrete floor. He is forced, day and night, to breath dangerous exhaust fumes from the thousands of cars and trucks that drive by and through the stop as well as being subjected to onlookers crowding his prison and throwing rocks at him.

Letters have been sent to officials in Grosse Tete, Louisiana but have not been fruitful. The people in charge there claim the tiger is in perfect condition and see nothing wrong with his cage.
One of the truck stop owners previous tiger mascots, a 4 year old white tiger, went missing only to show up months later above the salad bar in the diner. She was a stuffed trophy.
Will this be Tony's fate? To be mounted after a life time of miserable suffering?

I have sent an e-mail to PETA about Tony's case, if the government officials wont help maybe PETA can force some action

PETA has contacted me back already... they unfortunately have been working on Tony's case for a while now with out much luck
However; they DID give me the address to a place where we can send letters too and hopefully with enough puplic concern and out rage we can force action on our own. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS and write to this address

Do not like the new layout. It looks so empty, ads are right on top of the freaking pictures, actually ads are everywhere! wth i hate this, why do they think they needed to update it? It was just fine how it was, this new layout looks like shit, i hate the combined thing of deviations from people you watch mixed with your messages, it says you have like 50 messages, and your like omg awesome!! Oh wait over half of them are just deviations from the people you are watching. The first thing i see when i open the page is stupid ad! Not cool DA, not cool at all. You are selling out to the man. This better get fixed or let us go to version 6 for the people who want it. Sorry for the rant but i hate when people change something when it is good to begin with, i don't like having this messed up. D:
